Hello all Harvesters!
Here I go, attempting to act like a person in charge when we all are aware that most, if not all of the work, is completed by people behind the scenes who know what they are doing. Anyway, being president allows me to convey greetings to you… and I like that!

It has been rumored that the Harvesters is a political organization. Please understand that as stated above, we find reason to exist only in our fellowship with one another. We have no political agenda. In trying to bring all of us together a couple of times a year we have found that expenses run more than what we can charge for the meal. I also hope you know that we try to keep a Ministry Fund going in order to convey our loving concern to Harvesters in special times. With that in mind, the Harvesters have requested sponsorships from all Missouri Baptist entities and we have accepted sponsorship funds from those who have expressed a desire to help fund our organization. We are grateful that many of our Missouri Baptist institutions see good in what we are trying to do and have offered their financial assistance. Our hope is that all Missouri Baptist institutions – institutions we have served through the years – will want to sponsor our desire to continue to let God do His growth work through us.
In the cold of this winter, I cannot help but look forward to seeing all of you at Windermere for our Spring Fling. May all your peanut butter be safe.
